Do you have classes for beginners?
KICKSTART | Our most beginner-friendly class and where you start. Learn the fundamentals of striking and the technique of the day, then drill it across bagwork and pad stations.
PRECISION | Mixed levels, faster paced, still beginner-friendly. Experience partner drilling and our signature partner play segment.
What do I wear?
Wear any comfortable athletic clothing.
Please remove footwear before entering the training area; a designated shoe area is provided.
What do I need to bring to my first class?
Required: Boxing Gloves, Shin Guards, Hand Wraps, Water Bottle
Optional: Mouth Guard and Head Gear (for sparring)
We have gloves and shin guards available for rent. All gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
